The Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission has announced proposals it says will give a new momentum to the war on graft. EACC Chair Eliud Wabukala says the commission will push for stiffer penalties for those found guilty of corruption. EACC also wants the assets of corruption suspects frozen immediately they are cited over corruption.
