Baringo senator Gideon Moi presided over the official opening of the Kabarak law school international conference on comparative constitutionalism. Former attorney general Githu Muigai alongside many established legal minds attended the opening of the two day international law conference in Kabarak which is intended to engage law students with trends in constitutional law and practice.
