Joy for bankers as Interest Rate Cap 2016 may very well be abolished

The Central Bank of Kenya is raising concern over the Interest Rate Cap of 2016 which it says has strangled the economy and how small medium enterprises do business. Speaking during a press conference, CBK Governor Dr. Patrick Njoroge also said the inflation rate is set to rise but will  remain within the target.
