A middle aged woman was arraigned in court to face charges of infecting an 8 months old baby with HIV/AIDS. The woman, a house help was accused of deliberately breastfeeding the child knowing very well she was HIV positive. Susan Njeri who appeared before senior resident magistrate Joe Omido denied the charges and was remanded until October 2nd when the case will come up for mention.
