Deputy President William Ruto on new taxes: Blame greedy businessmen, not government

Deputy President William Ruto has thrown his weight behind President Uhuru Kenyatta in support of the controversial tax measures passed by parliament last week. The DP says the tax measures are necessary to achieve the jubilee agenda of transforming the country economically. .however the 8 percent value-added tax on petroleum products elicited mixed reactions among leaders who accompanied the deputy president.
