The 2018 finance bill signed into law by president Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday did not only stir up controversy at the floor of parliament on Thursday, but has also been received with much criticism from a large group of Kenyans. But perhaps the most agitated of them all are Kenyans residing in informal settlements who live on less than a dollar a day.
