Ajira digital initiative

The national government plans to put up 150 training centers across all constituencies to deliver the Ajira digital curriculum and drive awareness of online jobs. Speaking during the launch of Ajira digital club at university of Nairobi, ICT cabinet secretary Joe Mucheru said that these centers, will be built across all the 290 constituencies and are aimed at enabling more than 1 million youth get jobs online, the centers will come equipped with internet connectivity and working spaces to allow youth to train and undertake online work.
