Kenya needs to enhance technology in the country and still preserve the Kenyan culture. This is according to ICT cabinet secretary Joe Mucheru who unveiled partners of the 2018 connected summit. The summit which will be centered on the governments big 4 agenda, will feature different exhibitors from the technology world and give startups the opportunity to showcase ideas, as well as focus on issues surrounding cyber safety. It was also revealed that innovators can now pitch ideas through a governments initiative dubbed the white box.
