The Changawa siblings’ reigned supreme during the second and third round of the 4th edition of the Kenya open tennis competition as three times champion Shufaa Changawa stormed the quarterfinals after thrashing Rose Wanjala two sets to nil. Shufaa won the first set 6?0 and then sealed the win with a 6?1 victory in the second set. Four times champion Ismael Changawa advanced to the third round of the competition  beating Germanys Christian Vater in sets of  6?2, 6?3 while Ibrahim Kibet thrashed Brandon Sagala two sets to nil of 6?3 points each to advance to the third round.
