Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet is warning that stern action will be taken against police officers who intimidate journalists while in their line of duty. Boinnet who spoke today during the third edition of editors guild however urged journalists to practice responsible reporting. Cases of police beating up journalists or intimidating them have been on the rise causing an uproar.
