ODM Leader Raila Odinga Raila Odinga has urged counties in the country to set up stadium that will help in developing talent and creating employment. Raila said this at the finals of the inaugural Editon of the Rosa Buyu football tournament at the Jomo Kenyatta grounds in Kisumu county .base camp FC emerged the winner defeating Ngere lions in the tournament which attracted 28 teams form the region. Kisumu women representative Rosa Buyu said the tournament was aimed at helping the underprivileged in the society by giving opportunities for young boys and girls to expose their talent.
