The forum on China-Africa co?operation kicked off in Beijing China today, with a new grant of 60 billion U.S dollars in loans to African countries. Among the African leaders attending the summit is President Uhuru Kenyatta who will be seeking additional Chinese funding for the final stretch of the standard gauge railway from Naivasha to Kisumu.
