Minority Leader in the National Assembly John Mbadi says it will be premature to recall parliament now since the president is yet to receive the finance bill 2018. The bill which was passed on Thursday is still within the precincts of parliament as the legal teams from parliament and the AG's office fine tune it before it is presented to the president for his assent.
