Ida Odinga expresses fears over rising defilement cases in Kisumu

Kisumu county leaders led by Iddah Odinga have condemned the rising cases of defilement in Kisumu County during the launching of the miral welfare Kenya child supporting program at nyalenda primary school in nyando Sub County. Flanked by Senators Fred outa and rose nyamunga, mama odinga said the cases of children defilement are caused by young youths abusing hard drugs and taking illicit brews. Mama idah regretted that the future of many young girls has been ruined and called for concerted effort to stem out the vice in the region. She was speaking when she officially launched miral welfare Kenya together with Korean ambassador kwon young dae and deputy governor Mathew owili which saw 1000 children aged between 4?8 years in nyando benefit from Korean govt funding.
