Embattled National Lands Commission Chairman Mohamed Swazuri today got a reprieve after a Nairobi court allowed him to have limited access to his office. Trial magistrate Lawrence Mugambi ordered that Swazuri be allowed to his office under supervision to avoid interference of prosecution witnesses. The judge said that whenever he wants to go to his office, Swazuri should inform the commission’s CEO and the ethics and anti-corruption commission.
