Three senior employees of Nairobi county assembly were today arrested by detectives from the Directorate of Criminal investigation for allegedly offering fraudulent tenders. 

The trio, Fredrick Macharia, senior finance, and planning officer, Philomena Kavinya, principal accountant and ms Adam Awuor, deputy clerk of county assembly are among 5 officials whose arrest was ordered by the director of public prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji.
