Embolden by her recently successful green gram or ndegu revolution in the county, Kitui governor Charity Ngilu is readying herself for another flagship project when she will launch the country's universal health coverage. 

The cover dubbed Kitui county health insurance cover, k?chic will be rolled out to all the 290,000 households whereby all residents will be registered by paying 1000 shillings and an addition 100 bob for the card.
