In what the government says is part of steps to attain the big four agenda that includes industrialization, students in technical and vocational education institutions,students, will now receive HELB loans totaling to 40,000 shillings a year. Kenya has set aside some 6 billion shillings to be disbursed as loans for the 2018/2019 financial year.
