Environment Cabinet Secretary Keriako Tobiko maintains the government will not compensate any victim of the latest eviction in the Maasai Mau complex. Tobiko stirred a fierce exchange between members of the parliamentary committee on environment and natural resources when  he said those  within the Mau forest water tower have fake title deeds.
