Police in Kimilili Bungoma County have gunned down three suspects and recovered one ak47 rifle, two magazines and fifty three rounds of ammunition. One of the suspects managed to escape. The suspects were travelling on two motorbikes when they were intercepted by police at around 10pm Saturday. Confirming the incident, Kimilili sub-county dcc Reuben Loiyotoman said the suspect are known and appealed to wanainchi to be vigilant. The firearm will be send to Nairobi for ballistic examination.
