It was an explosive afternoon on the floor of the house, as the National Assembly rejected a report by the joint committee of trade and agriculture probing contraband sugar in the country. The move by lawmakers will be a sigh of relief for two cabinet secretaries Henry Rotich and Adan Mohamed as well as their former colleague Willy Bett who were being targeted for indictment.
