The bulldozers roared towards Langáta road. Business people and owners of Southend mall, as well as users of Langata road and Mbagathi way, woke up to the realization that Nema had made good its threat of pulling down the mall among 4,000 other Targetted buildings in the city. Nema says it is going after the buildings for sitting on riparian land.
