7th August 1998, a vehicle carrying explosives parked outside the US embassy in Nairobi. Minutes later it would explode, killing over 200 people and maiming 4,000 others. Another explosion would take place miles away in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Today marks 20 years since the heinous attack by terrorists linked to the al Qaeda terror group. 20 years of anguish and pain for the survivors.
