Kenya will be considering to secure funding to achieve the affordable housing agenda under the big four agenda to deliver 100,000 units per year. Housing and Urban Development Principal Secretary Charles Hinga has wooed the private sector to tap into the housing agenda by raising capital to meet the huge housing deficit which stands at about 1.8 million units.
