Nairobi County Governor Mike Sonko is an angry man.

A video has surfaced online showing Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko lashing out at his County Executive Committee Members, who are in charge of health the sector.

In the video Sonko is heard asking a patient if she paid for any service while at the hospital to deliver her baby.

The patient had a receipt which required her to buy a bleach agent to be used for washing.

Sonko helped the lady cover her medical expenses and warned the Hospital’s operators not to charge mothers for childbirth.
