CS Amina: Six students who allegedly assaulted teachers can't be found

31st July, 2018

198 students have been arrested over unrest in schools. That is according to a report tabled by Education Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed.  She appeared before the national assembly's committee on education over the escalating incidents of unrest in schools. The Mohamed was at pains to explain why 63 schools have been closed down across the country over students' chaos. At least 50 recorded fire incidents. Meanwhile, the CS explained that the ministry has established the reasons behind the unrest and has launched a team to review the status of implementing measures to curb students’ rampage.
