The National Assembly Committee on Environment is in Mombasa to assess the relocation of Kibarani dumpsite. The members say they have received complaints that the relocation of the dump site is not being done in a transparent manner with allegations emerging that the land on which the dumpsite stands has been grabbed by individuals.
