Preparations for Bukusu cultural circumcision ceremony have kicked off in western Kenya. The Bukusu sub-tribe of the Luhya community circumcise teenage boys every after two years in elaborate ceremonies. But in recent times, economic hardships are dealing a blow to the age old tradition.
