Parliamentary departmental committee on education chairman Julius Melly,  has faulted the demolition of schools among other amenities in Kibera without providing an alternative for pupils and students. Melly has also called on stakeholders to direct focus on upbringing of boys in light of their heavy participation in school unrest cases which now stand at 63. Education CS Amina Mohammed who was slated to face the committee on school arson matters instead asked to appear on Thursday.
