Kenya national union of teachers secretary general Wilson Sossion, has issued a strike notice stating that teachers will down their tools in September if the government does not stop implementing policies that are not negotiated for Sossion maintains that the unrest experienced in schools countrywide was due to the unpopular delocalization of teacher’s process. The union leadership says KNUT is heading for deeper unity after cracks following calls for Sossion ouster earlier in the year.
