Uganda opposition leader Dr. Kizza Besigye is presiding over a book launch here in Nairobi. The book authored by Kenyan Journalist John Onyando highlights the quest for electoral justice on the backdrop of the 2017 general elections. Former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga was also at the event.
