Ukur Yatani Kanacho is the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. He served as the First Governor of Marsabit County from 2013 to 2017, was the Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Vienna from 2009 to 2012, and served as the Member of Parliament for North Horr Constituency in 2006.
