How to prepare Chicken Tikka Kebab at home | SIZZLE

Ever had company come over and had minimal time to prepare biting? Well, this your go to meal for such an occasion.

Ingredients

  1. 4 (Cubed) Boneless Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 tin Natural Yogurt
  3. 3 heaped tablespoons tomato paste
  4. 1 packet tikka spice
  5. 1 onion
  6. 4 diced cloves garlic
  7. 1 red pepper
  8. 1 yellow pepper
  9. 3 tablespoons Olive/ Vegetable oil
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the natural yogurt, tomato paste, tikka spice, and oil and use a fork to beat into a creamy paste. Follow by adding the diced garlic.
  3. Clean the chicken and add the chicken cubes, chopped onion and peppers to the paste and mix everything well together using your hands.
  4. Follow by putting the meat and veggies on skewers (one after the other) and then directly to a greased baking tray and leave to cook for 25 minutes.
  5. The aim is for the chicken to cook through and to be juicy and not dry so take caution and check on it every 10 minutes.
  6. Once it is done, remove from heat and serve as biting.
