How to prepare Chicken Tikka Kebab at home | SIZZLE

Ever had company come over and had minimal time to prepare biting? Well, this your go to meal for such an occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 (Cubed) Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 tin Natural Yogurt
- 3 heaped tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 packet tikka spice
- 1 onion
- 4 diced cloves garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 3 tablespoons Olive/ Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Take a bowl and mix the natural yogurt, tomato paste, tikka spice, and oil and use a fork to beat into a creamy paste. Follow by adding the diced garlic.
- Clean the chicken and add the chicken cubes, chopped onion and peppers to the paste and mix everything well together using your hands.
- Follow by putting the meat and veggies on skewers (one after the other) and then directly to a greased baking tray and leave to cook for 25 minutes.
- The aim is for the chicken to cook through and to be juicy and not dry so take caution and check on it every 10 minutes.
- Once it is done, remove from heat and serve as biting.
