Residents of Gekongo village in Kisii County are in shock after students at Nyakeyo Secondary School torched two houses of a family they claimed bewitched their colleague who died over the weekend after an illness. The irate students of the day school are said to have arrived at the school on Monday morning and requested to be allowed to go and condole with the family of the deceased Jasper Ndege. On their way, the said students burnt down the house of Jasper’s sister in law whom they believe bewitched him.
