Former Kisumu County Chief of Staff Patrick Ouya has been arrested after he allegedly threatened to shoot Kisumu Governor Anyang Nyongo. Ouya was fired by Governor Nyong'o after he allegedly caused chaos, promting County staff to make a distress call to the police officers who later picked him.
