Laikipia County leaders are now calling on security officers to extend the presidential directive on shoot to kill to bandits and cattle rustlers who are causing sleepless nights to residents of Laikipia North Constituency. Leaders led by senator john kinyua while speaking during the launch of relief food distribution program to floods victims at survey secondary school in Laikipia North sub county said this was the only way insecurity in the area could be checked. Several people have been killed by cattle rustlers and livestock stolen.
