A group of Kalenjin leaders are calling for unity among the Kalenjin community ahead of the 2022 general election. Led by former ministers Henry Kosgei, Franklin Bett, and chairman of the Kalenjin elders, major RTD John Seii, the leaders expressed fears over what they termed as continued disunity within the community.
