Why Jubilee leaders distrust Raila Odinga

4th June, 2018

Jubilee leaders have accused NASA co-principal Raila Odinga of diverting attention from the big four agenda with his talks of a referendum.

President Uhuru is seeking to establish his legacy by bringing about development in healthcare, manufacturing, housing and food security.

Raila however while addressing Muslim faithful during the end of the day's fast said the country is not united adding that a referendum would address some of the issues causing the division.

Raila called on the faithful to back the handshake between him and President Uhuru even as preparations are laid for the referendum.

Jubilee leaders however said the calls are insincere instead calling on efforts to be made towards achieving the Big Four Agenda.

They called on Raila to fall in line and help achieve the development goals that will ensure President Uhuru’s legacy.
