The CEO’s of three top mobile service providers risk arrest if they continue to host unregistered subscriber identity module cards or sim cards on their networks. The warning shot came from the Communication Authority of Kenya, CA,   who has said that unregistered sim cards continue to be used and pose a national security threat.
