A section of Jubilee legislators have asked investigative agencies probing recent scandals in government to also investigate banks said to have been conduits of transactions involving the stolen funds. The legislators led by deputy president William Ruto said the latest reports of graft were greatly hurting the Jubilee development agenda and called for speedy investigations to bring all culprits to book. They were speaking during a Sunday service at St Joseph Catholic church in Laten, Nakuru County.
