Hope for Kenyan youth as a program that taps into their skills is launched

The high level of unemployment has left Kenya with one of the highest dependency ratios in the world at 75.4% arising from the large number of unemployed youths. As such, the inhibiting factor is dependency on the small number of the low income earners thus stretching resources and making it difficult to sustain their living. To bring that number down non-governmental organizations such as CAPYEI    together with the governments TVET sector are enhancing the approach of empowering the youth on a program that taps into their skills.
