CS Eugene Wamalwa speaks to us about Masinga dam,assures action before any disaster

Just as had been predicted by the Government, Masinga dam

is now full and is spilling its excess water back to river

tana. According to the Tana & Athi rivers development

authority, the flooding is caused by 8 other rivers with no

dams to control the flow into river tana. George Maringa

reports on this latest development
