Kenyans are warned that they are at risk of being affected by the deadly aflatoxin due to its availability in Kenyan soils and that all grains need to be tested before milling or consumption. This came up during an aflatoxin symposium organized by Sorela scientific that brought together players in the Kenyan grain sector.
