The body of a 17-year-old former student of Machakos boys who drowned in a Kitui river three weeks ago has been retrieved. The body was retrieved through the support of the Kenya red cross society, National youth service and the county government of Kitui. The Kitui county government has undertaken to cater for all the burial expenses of the deceased.
