Former Kamukunji MP Simon Mbugua was summoned by police over the ejection of a lobbyist in Nairobi last Monday.Confirming the summons, Central Police station OCPD Robinson Thuku said Mbugua had been called in, but denied reports that the MP had been arrested.Thuku said Mbugua was at the Central Police Station to facilitate investigations on the forced removal of Timothy Muriuki, the chairman of the Nairobi Central Business District Association (NCBDA), from the Boulevard Hotel.
