William Ruto dismisses Raila Odinga on devolution,saying no need for another level

DP William Ruto and his allies have

responded to opposition leader Raila Odinga,

seemingly dismissing his proposal for 14 regional

governments as mere power games targetting 2022

presidency. Ruto spoke as majority leader told Raila his

remarks would even endanger any progress made since the

ceasefire with president Uhuru Kenyatta recently
