We continue to receive reports of heavy rains in parts of the country.  Six people have been injured in floods in Mandera even as the Narok-Mai Maihiu road was cut off for the fifth time this week. In Garissa one person was killed and hundreds of others left homeless. And the flood risk rises as heavy rains are predicted well into the weekend.
