Ezra Chiloba has lost a bid to temporarily lift his suspension from the independent electoral and boundaries commission. The employment and labour relations court has said the matter will be heard on may 7th in essence effecting a memo issued to the IEBC ceo to take compulsory  3  months leave from office pending an audit following the 2017 general election.
