Education cabinet secretary Amb. Amina Mohammed is this morning set to hold a crisis meeting with council members of the 31 public universities over the ongoing lecturers' strike. The meeting is meant to discuss the best way to handle the strike that has paralyzed learning in public universities for almost two months and restore normalcy at the institutions. The meeting comes just days after the inter-public universities councils consultative forum announced it would crackdown on university staff who fail to resume duty starting today.
