The government is defending its decision to venture into public transport through the introduction of National Youth Service buses. Inspector general of police Joseph Boinnett and NYS director general Richard Ndubai say the government's intervention could not have come at a better time as the public transport sector is filled with rogue operators; they two appeared before the Senate committee on transport.
